Le mizekeliso nemibiko kungenzeka ukuthi yavela kanje: Kwakuxoxelwana ngabathile okwakuthiwa babekade besenkonzweni yokuba ngabeHluleli ezifundazweni ezahlukene, kuxoxelwana ngezaba nangamacebo abo, laphaya nalaphaya inanjiswe ingxoxo kokunye kuze kwedlulele.
